Generalities:
Headache, Insomnia, General malaise, Anorexy, dizziness. It affects the thymus and can affect the penis. It can cause immunodeficiency (zero positive). May affect macula of the eye, conjunctivitis, uveitis (injury of the optic nerve).
It is associated with heart disease, psychiatric problems such as schizophrenia or lack of attention in children.
Nowadays the infection is less common since almost all people are vaccinated, it rarely causes complications. If the infection occurs at the time of gestation, spontaneous abortion may occur or the child may be born with congenital anomalies. Women should not be vaccinated if they are already pregnant.
Transmission:
It is acquired by air, by closeness to an infected person.
