Generalities:

The fungus of the genus Malassezia is part of the normal flora of the skin. The infection forms light spots on the skin, so it can be confused with other diseases such as: vitiligo, Ringworms, Pityriasis rosea or Pityriasis alba.

Transmission:

It occurs more frequently when there is excess moisture. Anti-dandruff shampoo can be used, leaving it several minutes to prevent infection. Wear clothing that allows perspiration.
