Pneumonic plague presents with pulmonary disorders: pneumonitis, bronchitis, halitosis, chills, back pain, tiredness, chest and / or body pain. When symptoms such as high fever, breathing difficulty or shock occur, hospitalization may be needed, this could be a life-threatening infection.

Transmission:

It is spread by flea bite, or the flea transmits it to other animals such as rats, dogs or cats; and from them it passes to humans. Hunters, veterinarians or children are more exposed to this pathogen.
