Genetic disorders
Type: Special
In this article we present the generalities about the disorders that can be related to each of the 23 chromosomes of the human genome. The first 22 pairs are called autosomes and the last pair 23 is the one that determines sex: XX for women and XY for men. Encoded in the DNA molecules are between 20,000 to 25,000 genes. Genetic disorders can be defined according to the following types:
- Numerical disorder.- when there is an abnormal amount of a chromosome such as trisomy 21 or Down syndrome.
- Structural disorder.- when there is an alteration in the chromosome structure, in this case the genes are altered with duplications, deletions, inversions, displacements (translocations) or rings.
- Congenital mutation.- the disorder is inherited from one or both parents; or, it occurs in the stages of formation of gametes (ovule or sperm); or in the early stages of embryo formation. As it turns out: all the cells of the organism present the mutation.
- Mosaic type mutation.- It occurs in the course of the individual's life, as a result only some cells or tissues present the mutation.
By testing with Bioenergetics, genetic disorders can be detected from the moment of pregnancy and treated with medical biomagnetism:
